What’s included in base rent? Common area maintenance and janitorial service, property taxes, building liability insurance, and trash hauling are all included as part of your base rent. (See individual property listings for possible variations.)
How long is a typical commercial lease? There is no “typical” commercial lease. Each space can be negotiated individually. Generally a longer term lease (3-5 years) will have terms more favorable to the tenant.
Does JSM provide fit-out services? JSM is a full-service construction company and has the ability to furnish all of your design and fit-out needs. Use of JSM construction resources are subject to a negotiated lease. Fit-out can be paid for as a one-time expense or amortized over the term of the lease.
