Our leasing services include facilitating site tours, processing LOIs, procuring and reviewing credit reports, collecting and processing security deposit returns, and establishing tenant accounts in our property management system.

Management services include, but are not limited to, collecting and processing rent, tenant accounting services, processing building accounts payable, analysis and recommendations to owner regarding proposed rent rates and adjustments, generating and distributing monthly and annual financial reports, communication with tenants, coordinating repairs and inspections, and providing access to after hours emergency maintenance.

JSM is pleased to offer our commercial tenants marketing support through our JSM VIP Program. As a JSM Commercial partner, tenants have the opportunity to create exclusive deals that will be promoted to our 3,000 residential tenants.
Promotion for commercial partners includes advertising on the JSM Living website and social media accounts as well as event and email marketing.
