The first step is to complete the application which summarizes information about you and your business. Click the button below to download a copy of the application. Completed applications can be emailed to commercial@jsmliving.com.
Submit an Application
Next, submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) that summarizes the key terms you are seeking in a lease. A template has been provided for you, click the button below to download it.
Submit an LOI
Once both parties had agreed on key terms, JSM will issue a standard lease document. JSM Commercial will schedule a closing date and both parties will execute a lease.
